Space at the meeting is limited. Registration is
processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Attendees are fully registered once payment is
processed. Registration via website, email, phone
and fax will be closed on October 8, 2012 at
12:00pm. Onsite registration will open on October
11, 2012 at 2pm-6pm, October 12–13, 2012 at
7am-5:30pm. Onsite
registration will incur an additional $100 fee.
Registration Refund Policy:

will receive a full refund, LESS 25% processing fee
